Oat bran

It was so difficult to get up today. But i did. For the sake of yesterday. Being told that maybe, i’m eating too much. So, to offset it, i shall workout!

Before that, i had me some Chipsmore!

Ran 21 minutes 9.2km/h. Phew. I need to up my distance but there’s barely enough time especially when you wake up at 5am to run at 6am!

Breakfast was:

Overnights oats oat bran! So far, i’ve often been using regular oats, whether instant or not, for my overnight oats. Recently, i tried out oat bran, and it works so well! Same recipe.

  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Anlene Strawberry yoghurt

Keep it overnight, and topped it of with Tesco Maple Pecan and Crisp. and a dollop of Steffi’s PB

All mixed up:

yum. PB and granol made the bowl! Oat bran tastes as good as regular oats, same cals, but more fibre. So why not?

Coffee, will be in the office! Morning rush-hour!
