Santai @ Tesco Mutiara Damansara

Made a quick brekkie for dear in the morning when he came after his night shift. Glad i managed to at with him too!

Simple buttered toast, which smells really good!

Cheerios and All-bran bowl for me!!

Followed gramps for some grocery shopping at Tesco. Also ran some errands.

Sadly, i forgot to buy some stuff again and was distracted, but i’m glad i got some vege which the fridge hasn’t had acquaintance with in a long time!

Had lunch @ Santai Restaurant.

This place is a malay restaurant, but i definitely think the flavours suit everyone!!

Portions are a tad small, but i’m glad they’ve finally had medium and large options, though pricier.

Top: Padprik prawns (RM10.50 for large). Always love this style. The sauce is addictive and DELISH with rice! and they give enough prawns (small ones) and also vege. kinda a two in one dish! lots of yummy onions!

Bottom: Kangkung belachan. Not too spicy and the sauce is good too! The squid in it is a bit hard.

Left: Omelet- I had to request it to be less oily cos i had a few experiences when it was drenched in oil. =.= It’s nice though. I never really know how to make a good omelet.

Grandma had a Mee Goreng Mamak (Not spicy for the good of her tums) RM5.50

It was ok, but hard to judge cos it’d def be better if it was spicy. I still kinda like teh tarik place’s more!

Overall, i still prefer their dishes rather than the ala carte types. Bill came up to RM30
