Almost back to normal

I felt much better yesterday. Less stuffed nose. but still slightly blocked. And i still have lots of phlegm. Sore throat is gone! Almost back to normal health

Brekkie..

SDC10549

Same as the day before-Special K Vanilla Almond with milk (which i’m TOTALLY out)

Workout wasn’t easy. I had to stop-not because of exhaustion, but several times because i was coughing and had to clear my throat.

I’ve been skipping sit-ups lately too..

After workout, watched some tv.. and had a snack or two, i.e., the nuts..

SDC10553

Also an apple and then i prepped for lunch..

SDC10555

A slice of Low GI bread.. A vegetarian patty (pan fried) and some “Caramelized onions i made). along with some leftover tomato paste..

SDC10556

Made it into a sandwich. Surprisingly, the worked well together. Well, i guess it’s cos you’re reading an onion-lover’s blog. 🙂

Studied. Lazed around. Studied. I don’t like studying. but i’m doing so cos my exam is next week. I’m totally mixed up with my days now. so i’ve to check ze calendar often!

Snacked on

Had one of these.. akak Jean left it in the fridge for me. I limit myself to one a day! so delicious and i think it’s either made out of digestive biscuits or marie biscuits. such a simple idea, but so delish!

Also snacked on some Hello Panda biscuits.

Soon.. after grandma finished one disc of her chinese drama, we left for dinner @ Shiang Hee..

I thought we were back to normal eating. but looks like it’s almost only cos we ate alot for dinner!

Complimentary soup

SDC10557

Watercress soup. Quite tasty. But what can you expect-it’s free! lol..

SDC10558

Brinjal RM8.. ok.. it looks exactly the same as the last time. taste wise too.. it’s delicious. but i wonder why it’s RM2 more than the last time we ate!:(

SDC10559

Fu Yong Egg-As good as before (i’m sorry for we lack of ideas when ordering dishes. so we tend to stick to what we’re familiar with)

SDC10560

Beansprouts with salted firh-RM6

Quite good.. generous with the salted fish.

SDC10561

Something new we ordered-steam tofu with fried onions/shrimp on top.. And with soy sauce and oil

Yum. tofu was VERY fresh.. and i really loved the topping.

We always leave satisfied. Bill came up to RM30.30
