I’m sorry, but it’s gonna be a boring post cos i’m really not in the mood. i just can’t understand things about certain things and certain people.

The bun on the outside looks good. but in side is just plain bread. I get disappointed with deceiving breads.
Workout: Run, situps, lunge, weights.
After workout: some nuts.
Low GI bread from Bakers’ Inn @ Kota Damansara
A piece of A1 Fried Chicken-just ate cos i feel bad to waste food. Though i would never eat it on other occasions.
Snack: nuts/small munchy’s minis
Dinner: Restoran Ka Heong-Jalan Kuchai Lama
Steam Ginger Fish (Fei chao): RM24
Fresh, and not overly spicy from the ginger. Signature dish. quite good.
Vegetable: Lai bak
Fried quite well but still slightly bitter
Fried rice: Quite good. fragrant. but prawns were chopped up
Kung Pao chicken: RM13
Chicken was VERY tender. love the abundance of onions. but no cashewnuts??
Belachan fried brinjals: very good and fragrant. not too spicy. BUT too oily
Total bill: RM83
Food: 8/10 | Price: 6/10 | Ambience: 6.5/10 | Service: 7/10
