This morning, had me some boysenberry oats..
1/4 cup yoghurt, 1/4 soy milk, 1/4 oats + raisins overnight
Next morning, Topped with some bunches, and nuts.. and some flax.
at first, when i made it, the boysenberry yoghurt tasted medicine like. but overnight, plus the added toppings, its delish!! Yum..
And a coffee to keep me awake for my workout.
This is one of the sundays i don’t like cos dear’s working. 😦 Only got to see him at night. oh well..
